These overhanging rock walls look like the rusting hull of an abandoned ship, plates of metal flaking, cracking, disintergrating.
The blocks seem ready to abandon their fight against gravity at any moment, indeed we returned a month later to find they had – the wall is around three storeys high and the debris was impressive.
